Heya Nesters! While I was out getting some goodies for the baby shower at my local JoAnn's, I spotted my newest best friend addition to my glass menagerie.
The best part? She was $9.99! Oh did I buy her I sure did! Did I buy her for $9.99? You bet your bottom dollar I did NOT! I never leave the house without a good, current craft store coupon snugly in my planner! Thanks to my 50% off coupon she was only $5.
Doesn't she look better now that you know how cheap she was? Would I have liked to spend pocket change on her instead? Of course! The cheaper the better but I love her shape and she's just the perfect apple green color that I use as an accent in my living room. I also feel like the color on this little vignette is now more balanced.
So that's it friends. Just a little peek at my new little friend.

ReplyDeleteKT- The mercury glass candle sticks were on clearance at Kohls before Christmas time! I bet you could still find them! I've also seen really similar ones around at Target and Home Goods.
Beautiful! I haven't been to Joann's in forever - might have to venture out since the sun is shining (finally)! I think I pitched the coupons though in my sunshine-induced burst of cleaning energy yesterday. :( Darn! lol
