The Raz is the Man!

... er- little boy!  As I mentioned before, my brother, Joe and sister in law, Molly, brought the wee one to hang out for my Moms birthday weekend and boy-o-boy was everyone excited to have them!  I got to hold him as much as his feeding schedule {and my mom} would allow.

I never knew how much having a baby come into the family is instant love.  I always knew that having your own child was like that, but I had no idea how much I would already love my nephew.  Maybe it's because my brother and I are so close?  I would do back flips for him. Either of them really. {And they for me.}  So without further adieu, I wanted to share a couple of my favorite pics I took of the little guy this weekend.

Little story behind this one:  See those socks he's wearing? Everyone in my family receive a pair of hand knit socks from my Grandmother every Christmas.  This past Christmas, Grandma knit these little mini ones for Lucca!  He wore them to Grandma's house for dinner.

Someone had a long day! He's beat and about to fall asleep on his Mommy's shoulder.  He's such a good baby and he's handsome to boot!  He has beautiful eye lashes and as you can see a good head of hair!  I just could not be more enamored with anything. Ever. I am so lucky.  Now I just can't wait until he recognizes who I am.

Baby steps....

  7. Thank you guys for your sweet words for my little man!! Having him a few states away is so hard! I'm such a lame-o since I totally look at my own blog to look at these adorable pics of him! I might have to drive all the way to NYC to have some more Raz/Auntie time :)
