Happy 4th of July!

Last years 4th of July long weekend was much different than this years will be.  We spent 2 days on the beach sunning ourselves, then a BBQ with friends followed by a stunning fireworks display.  This year, will be furniture shopping and painting.  With the move in countdown to 9 days, we are busy bee's.  Hopefully we can take some time for a beer and some fireworks.  For those of you who are greater Boston area locals, we go to the Newton fireworks display.  They are seriously impressive for a suburb!  But the Big Kahuna of displays is, of course, Boston.  So without further adieu, lets check out the mastery of the pyrotechnicians behind the rib-cage rattling, tummy-rumbling, awe-inspiring show.

And never forget the epic performances by the Boston Pops, conducted by Keith Lockhart.

I hope we get a chance to see the fireworks because I always feel like a kid again every time I see them.  I love them so much.  I look forward to it every year.  But there will always be next year and this year, I get to move in with my love... and that only happens once!
