OH.
MY.
GOD.
If only I had $3,695 not including shipping for these Christian Louboutin's "Very Riche."
But wait! they are OUT OF STOCK!
Excuse me... let me wrap my tiny mind around this.... Are there honestly that many people on the PLANET that have enough money to pay that kind of money for a pair of crystal shoes!?
Don't get me wrong. If I was irresponsible with money and they weren't out of stock, I would go into debt over them... only to wear them around the house cleaning. {I've never done that with a pair of shoes I love but have nowhere to wear them. I swear! ....Okay, okay I have.} But sadly happily, I am far too responsible to do that. *sigh*
I guess just go enjoy the eye candy. Even if none of us can afford it. *more sighing*
Honestly, I can't imagine paying that much for a pair of shoes either...but when I was your age, I would have been tempted too. Now what I especially can't imagine is wearing a pair of heels that high. I don't wear granny shoes, but jeeeeze Louise, I'd kill myself in those...not to mention the discomfort before I toppled to my death. :)
ReplyDeleteOkay I totally hear you on the Louboutins - especially the Strass. They are SO expensive!!! The ones you have listed now are in my favorite Strass color....::sigh::
ReplyDeleteAND I also will admit to being guilty of cleaning in heels that I have nowhere to wear.... :)
Hehehe, those are so beautiful!!! It's so funny that they are "out of stock". Maybe they only made like 5 pairs? ;) I think if I had shoes that expensive, I would be too nervous to wear them outside- what if I stepped in a puddle? What if I stepped in some gum?
ReplyDeleteFor a cheap version, maybe you could spray some regular shoes with spray adhesive and roll them in glitter. And then everybody would be all, "Whoa, are those the new Louboutins?!" and you can say yes but still secretly know that if you stepped in a puddle it would be alright. :)
I absolutely love them but would never ever pay that much. I could totally grab some crystals and hot glue them and paint the sole red! What a great idea!! I think maybe you just helped me think of my first DIY in the new house!! <3 So happy I'm not the only one that loves these shoes!
ReplyDeleteboy howdy, those are awesome.
ReplyDelete(i used to work in the corporate end of retail-- i *promise* that it's not like they're out of stock on 9,000 pairs of these shoes. they probably only made less than 100 pairs, send most of them to department stores, and kept a few of their more popular sizes for the web. but still.)
wow those are amazing- It's always funny who spends that much on shoes. :)
